The multi-level villa spans a total of 350 m² and features a thoughtfully designed layout, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking both shared spaces and personal privacy. Villa Trinity comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on folding beds.

Layout

Ground Floor 

On the ground floor, the villa offers a range of leisure and wellness facilities, including a playroom with a pool table and table football, as well as a fully equipped gym featuring a static bicycle, spinning bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, weight-training machine, multifunctional fitness apparatus, stepper, abdominal machine, air conditioning, and a 45” TV, with direct access to the pool. This level also includes a wooden sauna cabin, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette with direct access to both the outdoor dining area and the gym. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer is available for guests’ convenience.

1st Intermediate Floor 

Ascending a few steps from the ground floor, guests will find the first master bedroom. This room features an open closet, a desk, a 45” TV with Blu-ray player, air conditioning, and a king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request. The bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

First Floor 

On the first floor, guests will find a hallway with a desk and three additional bedrooms. This level includes a second master bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, suitcase stand, safe, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The third master bedroom also offers a walk-in closet, suitcase stand, safe, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The fourth bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a 32” HDTV, a Blu-ray player, and a king-size beds that can be separated into two single beds upon request.

2nd Intermediate Floor

A few steps up, near the main entrance of the villa, the fifth bedroom is located on the second intermediate floor. It features a 32” TV, air conditioning, a Blu-ray player, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The room offers a king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request.

Second Floor 

On the top floor, the villa features a beautiful open-plan living area. This space includes a spacious sitting area with three sofas, armchairs, a 65” HDTV, a PlayStation 3, and an open fireplace, all framed by large windows and glass doors offering stunning sea views. The floor also houses a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for a self-catered stay, an indoor dining area adjacent to the kitchen, and a large veranda with an outdoor dining table, also overlooking the magnificent scenery.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Villa Trinity is beautifully landscaped with flowers, aromatic plants, herbs, palms, and fruitful trees (orange, pear, grapefruit, lemon, and olive trees) and it enjoys beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:


- A 50 sq. m. private swimming pool (0,60 - 1,60 m. deep), including a children’s pool (0,60 m. deep). Both pools can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice.)

- The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, a gazebo, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.

- A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the pool terrace, featuring bean bag loungers, day beds, a hammock, hanging egg chairs, chairs, and tables.

- Fully equipped charcoal and gas barbecue facilities with an outdoor sink.

- Lawn-covered areas, ideal for the kids to play, and a playground including toys (swing, small house, slide, and seesaw).

- Volleyball field that you can reach by descending a few steps from the pool area.

- A ping pong table, a basketball hoop, and an area with an outdoor floor chessboard set on artificial turf.

- Spacious veranda on the second floor featuring an additional outdoor dining area that overlooks the pool terrace and enjoys panoramic views of the area.

- Shaded parking for 2 cars and a large driveway for many cars inside the Villa premises. 

- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests.

Also, a lounging area, that can be closed with accordion doors if you wish, offers:
